The Consulate General of Angola in Houston is located at 3040 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 780, Houston, Texas 77056 - Galleria area, between Westheimer and Richmond avenues. JURISDICTION:Texas, Florida, California, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Arizona, New Mexico and Mississippi This Consular Mission was established in Houston December 2001 to fulfill the traditional role under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and to strengthen the friendship and cooperation ties with all official institutions of this American region, namely, the States of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
